Horses
Horses have been part of my life since I was 4. I am still in amazement that I've been able to combine my love of horses with my love of photography. While Arabians are my speciality, I can take formal images of a wide variety of breeds for advertising or promotion purposes. I am equally happy taking portraits of horses with their people, action shots and beautiful artistic images of horses just being themselves.
Smaller Pets
This usually includes dogs and cats, but I have also taken photos of hamsters, turtles and even a neighbor's pet snake! I am very comfortable around all animals - either overly rambunctious or shy and timid pets are no problem. I am very patient and will spend the first 15 minutes or so getting to know your pet. I'll also bring a selection of toys and nutritious treats for them as well. I prefer to work in an area where they are comfortable and use no artificial lights in order to keep a stress-free environment. The photo session fee includes up to two pets owned by the same family.
High School Seniors
If you are looking for a generic senior photo in front of a backdrop, I am not your photographer. Your images need to be special to you. The photo shoot can take place in your favorite location, black and white or color, by yourself and also maybe with a favorite pet, musical instrument or whatever you are passionate about. Bring a change of clothes (or two!) for even more variety. These images will be with you for a lifetime, they need to capture who you are today.
